Een tandprotheticus is een gediplomeerd tandtechnicus, die een gespecialiseerde vervolgopleiding tot tandprotheticus heeft afgerond. Hierdoor heeft de tandprotheticus zowel technisch, medisch als biologisch een ruime kennis opgebouwd.
